Purpose and grounds for processing

a) conclusion and performance of the contract;

b) fulfilment of legal obligations imposed on the Data Controller, such as issuing and storing invoices and other accounting documents, etc.;

c) the pursuit of claims or the defence of claims.


a)    Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Journal of Laws of EU L 119, 04.05.2016, p. 1, as amended) (hereinafter: GDPR);

Period for which data are stored

a) throughout the term of the contract and settlements after its termination;

b) for the period during which the applicable law requires the Data Controller to store the data;

c) for as long as the data remain relevant for the purpose for which they were collected. In principle, however, for the duration of the limitation period for mutual claims and for the duration of any proceedings.

 
Recipients of personal data

The recipient of your personal data will be authorised employees and associates of the controller, entities authorised to obtain data under the law and subcontractors of the Controller, if the method of processing requires entrusting them with data (e.g. providers of IT solutions). The recipients of the data may also be the founding body, i.e. the Municipality of Wrocław.

Rights of data subjects

You have the right:

  1. to access your data and to receive copies of the same;
  2. to rectify (correct) your personal data;
  3. to limit the processing of your personal data;
  4. to delete your personal data;
  5. to lodge a complaint with President of the Personal Data Protection Office (at the address of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

Information on the data requirement

Provision of your personal data is voluntary but required for the conclusion and performance of the contract. To the extent specified by law, providing data is a legal obligation (e.g. providing data to issue an invoice).
